Qualifications
- Oklahoma RN License, BLS, NIHSS or obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience with oncology/radiation experience preferred, including 2 years of supervisor/management experience.
- Education: Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
- Chemo certification – $5000.00 sign-on bonus.
Job Description The Med-Surg/ Oncology Nurse Manager is accountable and responsible for assisting the Director / Supervisor in the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care in the Oncology and Radiation Therapy Unit. This includes overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management.
